If you wish to delete your account associated with DoSuggest Digital, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to okohjames42@gmail.com using the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
- In the body of the email, include:
- Your account username or registered email address.
- A brief note confirming you want your account deleted.
What Happens When You Request Deletion
Upon receiving your request, we will delete:
- Your personal account information (name, email, username).
- Any app-specific data stored on our servers linked to your account.
We do not retain any of your personal data after deletion. However, non-personal, anonymized data (e.g., app analytics) may be kept for internal use.
Retention Period
Account deletion is completed within 7 business days of your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.
